Golf Fitness

30 minute group class that focuses on golf-specific muscular strength, stability and balance, postural control and the development of power. Designed to help increase club head speed through a powerful turn and improved hip mobility to start hitting the ball straighter and further. Another key are is core strength training for a balanced set up and more consistent, stabilized swing. Please bring your favorite golf club.

Each hike will be on a different trail! The hikes are non competitive and meant for anyone who has a desire to see all the amazing trails.  Each hiker must speak with Lisa about their current fitness level before signing up for a hike. The hike will be posted in advance with a packing list of what is needed to bring with you. Reservations must be made in advance. Some example hikes: Sleeping Indian, Table Mountain, Darby Canyon. Hikes will be in both Wyoming and Idaho.
