Currently the Executive Chef, Joseph has been a member of the kitchen staff since 1998 when he began his career as a line cook. Enjoying the flexibility in preparing delicious entrees, Joe’s favorite Pines’ offering is Florida Yellow Fin Tuna. Along with his special “family-style” staff, Joseph appreciates the abundance of high-quality ingredients available at his disposal for his culinary creations.
